- Product Positioning: Work closely with product development teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging. Develop marketing collateral and sales tools to support sales efforts.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute global marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional advertising.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the global sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to enable team members to excel in their roles.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions and optimization strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, finance, and operations, to align sales and marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
